We know how important nutrition is to a child’s growth and development. We are committed to serving each child with healthy and nutritious meals and snacks.

Our daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks conform to, and exceed, DCFS and USDA guidelines and regulations. The meals and snacks served are nut-free.

Vegetables, whole grains, protein, fruits, and dair are combined to offer each child a healthy and nutritious meal, all essential for his/her growth and development.

Our meals integrate variety in ingredients, flavor, texture, color, and temperature to assist in making them more appealing for each child and to support the establishment of sound, lifelong eating habits. Our teachers represent positive role models by sampling all of the food choices And eating at the same table with the children.
